What’s on this weekend?

For those of you wondering how to spend this long weekend, we have created a list of our top three ideas to share with you:

 

1. The Ski Racing state titles. This weekend, around 200 of Australia’s best skiers will compete at Sturt Reserve for the state title. The weather is meant to be beautiful, and it is always a fun family event for observers. The action-packed racing starts at 9am on Saturday & Sunday.

 

1. The Wizard of Oz. Tonight is the opening night of the ‘Wizard of Oz’ production at the town hall. If you haven’t got tickets for tonight, don’t stress! The musical runs for another few weeks, so there is still a chance to come along over the long weekend. As always, the play will showcase local talent and have you singing along to the classics.

 

1. Dress up & go to the races! This Monday is your chance to frock up and dress to impress for the Queen’s Birthday Holiday Race day at the Murray Bride Racecourse. Get a group together and head to the races for a fun-filled day. Adults are $15.00 entry while Concession holders are $8.00.
